Imagine being a woman working in an environment where colleagues call you by a man's name, refer to you with the pronouns "he" and "him" and give gifts to every woman in the office except you.

Those are the conditions under which Tiffany Clewell says she worked at the Lower Saucon Authority in Lower Saucon Township. Clewell, who spent 13 years at the authority overseeing maintenance of public water and sewer systems, says coworkers treated her poorly because she is a transgender woman.

Tiffany used to be Todd Clewell, a married father of three children.
