I've been doing, well, thin shoed running, off and on-tried barefoot running for awhile, then quit after I got to pick a bit of glass out of my foot. So barefoot-like running in teva sandals...but I have overdone it twice so far, and my feet are killing me right now!
I think I shall cut down to 3/4 of a mile every other day, alternated with riding laps on a bicycle, various cardiovascular things and light weights(must take care not to inflame carpal tunnels).
I have to control my calories, or else, though.
