Having the same length all over is a bad idea. It exaggerates the shape of your head and gives off what I like to call the Sinéad O'Connor effect.

Have a look through Facebook and see what sort of hair the guys your age have. 95% of my friends couldn't care less about their hair and have really boring and plain cuts.

This is the sort of thing I'd go for, but maybe a little shorter on the sides to square everything out.

This is my hair, like a lot of the other guys said, shorter on the sides longer on top. but also, i think kyril mentioned it, its different for everyone, longer may be better on you. i just took that pic for the thread, so thats about a week grown out, but i usually get a 1 on the sides and a 5 on the top.
