No you aren't the only one but telling us we won't have a real vagina or it will be fake is not the way to get others to respond favorably to your posts.

my partners have never complained...as to risks of not being able to have an orgasm, that was a risk that was outweighed by the prospect of continuing to live in an incongruent manner.  For me, continuing to live with the wrong plumbing was not a choice I wanted to contend with.  Oh, and I have no problems getting to orgasm...guess maybe those surgeons all those years ago knew a little something about what they were doing...

Agreed.

Women's clothing isn't designed with pre/non-ops in mind.  It makes being naked around other people, let alone yourself, much less of an issue.  The list goes on and on and somewhere near the bottom of it is orgasm.  There are just too many other reasons for SRS to worry about whether I'll orgasm or not.

sounds to me you suffering some kind of libido-overload.

I had a temporary gf and she needed to "get off" 6 - 7 times a day.
It turned out she had other unresolved issues. Heavy...

So "getting off" was like taking anti-depressants. Maybe more natural then popping pills, but hey this sounds like a big bind/dependency to me.
Like your hole life begins to revolve about it.

I think I do understand now where you are coming from. It would seem that if you have less of "it" your world will fold or collapse.
