I love mexican too justmeinoz... I made some great homemade salsa from my homegrown peppers
however, yesterday i helped some amish butcher some hogs and they gave me a hogshead which i removed the brains and eyes and cut it into 4 pieces and have white beans cooking with it and some rosemary, blackpepper and onions, shallots and garlic.. and well it is slow cooking and won't be done until at least tomorrow night.. pighead and beans is such a treat. Oh i did cut off the jowls which i will cook another time again with beans etc..
i can't wait yummy
