Orange chicken with rice n' green beans

New recipe i picked up at a friend's BBQ yesterday.
Diced potato fried with diced bacon and pineapple pieces.  Yummy and sort of tropical.

Refried beans, pickled cactus, some kind of wrap, fake cheese, and taco sauce. The beans have been on the shelf for months, the cactus has been in the fridge too long, we've had the taco sauce for seven forevers, and I got the tortillas and soy cheese because I couldn't think of any other way to use those things.

Just finished some potatoes and tomatoes and bread, with a little green tea and tvp thrown in for color and protein.

Wait a second, this is kind of awesome. I need to find some stoner friends and tell them about it. My hedonist kid (what kid isn't, I guess) is not allowed to know about it. I don't really like sweets. But lol that's still pretty epic.

Local Mexican restaurant.  Paella with sour cream and chipotle sauce on the side. All washed down with a Margarita and a nice Josef Chromy Pinot Noir.  No red is going to overpower that chipotle!

I love mexican too justmeinoz... I made some great homemade salsa from my homegrown peppers

however, yesterday i helped some amish butcher some hogs and they gave me a hogshead which i removed the brains and eyes and cut it into 4 pieces and have white beans cooking with it and some rosemary, blackpepper and onions, shallots and garlic.. and well it is slow cooking and won't be done until at least tomorrow night.. pighead and beans is such a treat. Oh i did cut off the jowls which i will cook another time again with beans etc..

Noodles and sauteed/stirfried cabbage, green beans, wax beans, purple onion, celery, and a buncha spices. One of those cook-up-everything-that's-been-in-the-fridge-too-long meals.
