My goal size is 34G.

This seems a bit like a no-win situation here. I don't want to go and spend a fortune to get implants because more often than not, they leave behind permanent scars and they hurt and I don't wanna wear phony silicone forms.

For the time being, I'm stuffing that with balloons (sometimes with water) until my boobs can actually grow and I'm taking breast enhancement pills, creams, soaps, and liquids from Natureday.

I want my breasts to be real and without surgical scars and pain. Any solutions?

Hate to burst your bubble, but short of surgery I just don't see it happening unless your family has enormous chested women in it. I have never heard of a transwoman developing G size breasts. Seriously I'd be surprised if all the pills, creams, soaps, and liquids you buy would give you more than 1 cup size difference.

for a 34 inch frame, your biggest realistically attainable size will be around a C cup (maybe a D). Typical breast development for any TS woman is at or within 1 cup size under the rest of the women in their family. The best, and safest way for you to achieve this would be to find a ts friendly gynecologist or endocrinologist that can get you the correct HRT dosage regimen and exercises that will contribute to your breast development... I have heard that a Gynecologist can also help with lactation which can yield up to an additional cup size on top of just HRT development if done right... but you may have to wait until you can go fulltime to see a Gyno.

I don't know but think about this, I'd rather not have those ugly surgical scars on my boobs. But... if it's the only way possible to get that G-cup i want so much then I will go that far...

34G? Enjoy the back pain they will cause. I have an exGF who was a GG and suffered badly enough that she had a reduction done.. DD's look much better on her..

I was gonna say, why would you wanna go that big in the 1st place. Have you been on mones and if so for how long? It's recommended you wait atleast 3/4 years to see what hrt does for you. If you don't have any growth how do you expect the skin to stretch enough for something that big?

I think the water balloons are probably going to be your best bet.  I can't imagine the horrendous stretch marks and back pain that would induce.

Getting G from just hormones seems pretty impossible.. most people seem to get at most a good B or if they're lucky a C

As much as I like having big breasts, I would love to actually have 'em!

I've Googled what 34G women look like. I would provide the link, but the pictures that came up are far too inappropriate that if I did, I be banned in a heartbeat, shoot, NOT EVEN a heartbeat!

But yeah, theirs look proportionate to their bodies -- not too large, just right. And I want to have just that look.

I'm sorry but for a 34, a g size breast is not gonna be proportionate at all! I'm sorry i just don't see it happening! Are you currently on any prescribed meds right now? Another thing i seriously doubt you would find a plastic surgeon who would perform any agmentation like this, if you do walk the other way because he's full of sh!t

There are more than a few surgeons who will do anything if the money is right.. They are not the kind of surgeon you want doing any work on you though.. I can only imagine the kind of scarring and stretch marks this level of augmentation would produce, even with a reputable surgeon, let alone the kind that would actually do it..

Firstly set a realistic standard. Instead of a 34g, hope for a 34c - at best, because most transgirls don't go much beyond that and normally stay in the b cup range. I've been complimented more than a few times for my breasts and I have a capable 38c. D/E/F/G become exponentially more unrealistic. Not to mention that breasts that size on a frame that small look completely disproportionate.

Now for increasing your breast size... While you are on HRT, eat a pizza or a hamburger or some tasty bacon. Put on some weight. Not a lot, but give your body some fat to move around. Most of what makes breasts big is fat, so if you don't have any, how will they get larger? Your breast tissue will develop normally but can only do so much for your breast size.

You can sit around and eat twinkies all day but thats the wrong way to gain weight for it will go to your mid section and asss. Go to gnc or any suppliment store and ask for advice from them. Protein shakes and ensure also good for they provide great nutrients and protien.

For a 34G, you're more than likely going to need surgery. Scarring depends on how skilled the surgeon is and what method is used. Even if you are left with some scarring, there are good scar gels out there. And I've never felt any pain.

No you don't want to be a 34-G unless you want to be known only for a ridiculously enormous "rack" and nothing more. Women that get huge implants do that merely because they have no self worth and feel that men will be attracted to them. Alas, the only thing they are interested in is their tits and when the novelty is gone they get kicked to the curb. I knew a little, petite genetic woman with 34 DDD's and she couldn't wait to get a reduction. Other women made fun of her because of her appearance, it was hard to find tops that fit and let alone looked good. She unleashed them in front of me once and they looked repulsive with huge stretch marks radiating out from enormous ugly nipples. I felt sorry for her! Please reconsider and take these women's advice so that you don't wind up the object of derision. You'll be much happier if you do!

G- cup..... hormones or any natural means could never do it
Implants ...... you'd need the type that can be filled a little at a time to give your flesh time to grow and stretch.  It would take a long time.

As others said above, it is impractical to achieve or to live with.
That you even want breasts so large that they border on freakish makes me seriously wonder about your expectations and motives
