Does anyone wish to look like Cap'n Kirk and his crew with that skin tight knitted stuff and the miniskirt for the females?
Or does the aluminium foil body spaceperson suit appeal to you?

I'm sort of happy with this look:

And the coat I wear:

Leggings, treggings and jeggings , nice with a tight over the bum top but a denim skirt over leggings or tights works as does a tunic  to balance out the shoulders, also high waisted shorts over tights or leggings works well, is very feminine and comfy.

I am a conservative dresser but I like bright colors. I wear skirts, camisoles, blouses, sweaters, dresses, and suits. I love maxi dresses and skirts. Blue, purple, gray, black, red, and orange are some of my favorite colors.

At the moment, my wardrobe sucks (and is mostly stuff that, while androgynous, was cut for a female body-I haven't gotten my non-binary wardrobe yet), but once I get a new one, I'll be a 70s Britpunk with more skinny jeans and a longer hairstyle :D

The great think about being a girl is you have many choices. I love my gap jeans and a halter top so I can show my breasts. Sometimes a flirty skirt or a cocktail dress and sometimes my yoga pants. I always wear sexy underwear and shoes. Being a girl is so much fun. I do dress conservatively because of my age; no mini skirts.

For about 12 years I have been dressing goth.
Before I came out as androgyn, I dresses japanese lolita fashion, hoping that it would make me feel like a girl.

But now that I am open to my true self I still have to build up a new wardrobe. And my new style will be gothic dandy / aristocrat: long pants, blouses, jabots, waistcoats, top hats... Mostly in black, deep blue and dark red.

And I have a weak spot for platform boots. My current highest are 18cm tall, but I am also eyeing on a new pair which is 20cm.  ;D

Hard to explain lol.

Tight black jeans or leggings with a skirt, always hellokitty socks, metal t-shirt or top. Yep I am a metalgirl ;).

The majority of the time I just wearing denim knee high skirts and tee shirts so I class my self as a daggy dresser just throwing on comfortable close, but the good thing about denim is its easy to go from daggy to looking good by changing the top and putting a pair of heels on, but I hate shopping for close cause I can never find what I want when I need it...

I know this may be a bad idea but I wanna go back to my teenage years, and that goes for my clothing style as well. Finding unisex long-sleeved shirts seems to be impossible here, and due my workplace and not coming out, not to mention I feel comfortable in the ones I had before (moved backed from another country and forgot most of my stuff there). Anyhow as things are now my only option is the interwebs. However I'm having a pretty hard time finding the one I'd want. I'm talking about simple button-up ones and I will def roll up the sleeves.

Now the thing is that mens shirts are pretty baggy (which is a good thing) but also makes you look bigger, compared to womens which makes you look slim but also shows the obvious which is a big no-no atm. I can only think of unisex ones or those that are well fitted but still loose enough that doesn't make you go square or hourglass.

So any suggestion on brand, shop etc? I'm just gonna pair it with dark colored jeans.

So cute. I wish I had the hips for this (and were still of an age where it would be cute on me).

This is probably more wearable, I think... I tried some of my retro dresses on today, and I'm actually at a point now where some of them might fit, though I'd hope for improvements once I manage to get well into HRT. From the same vendor:

I just wish I could find this in a local store where I could actually try it on before ordering it.

I have been learning to dress my age. Got a few gg friends who have been a great help.
Below is a shot of my leisure wear (winter time).

And the shot below is for business.

There is nothing real fancy about my style of dress. I love boots.
Oh and shades of pink, purple and red. I've found that shades of brown also seem to look good on me.
What you need to do is be aware of what other women your age are wearing that is if you want to fit in.
I dress for me and no one else.
Hugs,
Jillieann

I can't figure mine out. I never got to wear pink before, so I kind of like that color. But I really like a more gothic look too. Kind of bummed that I had a male goth phase, but never a female one. Not sure I can pull it off at my age.

Hmm interesting question. As im not exactly flush with cash ive not been able to buy much in the way of clothes. I quite like tunic tops with long sleeves like in the pic as they make my arms appear thinner, in a big fan of skater style dresses with a tie front shrug and wide belt. and dark coulored jeans or Knit tights.

Thrift or resale shops aregreat places to get good clothing cheap.
Goodwill, Salvation Army and lots of independent shops around here.
Must of my clothing came from thrift store shopping.
They don't care if you are dressed as the opposite gender of the clothing you are buying.
Hope this will help thouse on a tight budget like myself.
Hugs,

A nice blouse, Blazer and slacks. I like how I look in it. I notice how no one gives me feedback on it in the other threads. And I'm beginning to think it's because other women here see it as being too close to masculine, I look bad in it and people are being polite, or they are shocked by my "frak what the world thinks, its my life" attitude. :P

Or could it be I am just that awesome?
