Oh god, I feel so awful for you Mandy. I don't understand exactly what you're going through, but I understand surgical pain you just can't handle. And to be going through this alone in a foreign country, I can't even imagine. Stay strong honey, you can make it through this.

To me, the reviews in the link all read/feel the same...as if one or two people simply patched together the usual "wow, they're all truly competent and caring!" type of comments with a bit of filler in-between.

They lack individual flavor, of passion.

If he "took a dislike to her", that alone is an automatic "you're outta here!" because it shows a truly unprofessional attitude.

Techniques, testimonials, and best practices aside, there absolutely no good reason not to provide adequate pain relief.  Every competent doctor and nurse is aware of the 10-level pain chart.  A patient with uncontrollable crying and unbearable pain is a 9 or 10 on the pain chart, and must be dealt with.

Or "wheeling her out of the hospital to avoid upsetting the other patients." That is inexcusable in my book...especially with the amount of bleeding that's been described.

I hope she's doing ok. This is just so...aggravating.

I'm in tears for Mandy, and the bad taste it will leave in her mouth and so many other folks... looking for SRS.

having been in the medical field I can tell you that no self respecting physician or nurse would allow her/his likes or dislikes affect the pain management of any patient.
