Easy Padma- She Got Hot!    So has Rory actually, well a bit anyway.  Still a bit of a goose though.

Rory's still way hotter than her. And she's still irksome. But with less eye make-up this week, and the nails matching her stripy top, I'm doomed. Or just desperate at the moment. Whate'er, as they used to say in mediaeval times...

She's still a bit of a pain, but defo hotter. 
It's Rory's haircut, and he seems more mature too.
Lots of people here were hanging out for the start of the new series.  The ABC's free iView on-line channel showed it during the week to stop pirating.  I restrained myself until Saturday night as usual.

The nail varnish is the sweetest thing about her. But I like Rory, he is kind and huggy and collects nursing gear around the universe.

So is 'Who' trying to add a trans them of jokes.. not giving away a huge amount but in episode 2 this season.. "My first boyfriend was named Rory, actually she was called Nina..." to paraphrase and the Stallion named Susan (but wrong pro noun usage with 'he')  just a thought but two out of three having some gender bending transish joke... hmm.. are we leading up to something else?

looking forward to this week's episode, forget everything else happening in it, I hope they post the title of the Christmas special

well still not sure what to make of TATM, certainly not as awful as Fear Her (which I've never rewatched since the original broadcast) but to me it hardly makes it out of the bottom ten worst stories ever either, it started off on the wrong foot trying to pretend it was something it didn't have a clue it was pretending to be, clue Film Noir is meant to look dark and all the scenes, costumes and probs washed out almost to monochrome on purpose, not like the 6th Doctor's coat doing the nasty to a Christmas Tree!  The Happiness Patrol got the exact same thing wrong 24 years previously (wow how time flies!) lessons should have been learned.  I'm now getting a little worried about Christmas, the Moff is 0 for 2 so far, another stinker and I can't see how he'll be allowed to continue on in the job, which is a pity as his era's had 3 truly epic stories in it so far (Vincent and the Doctor, The Doctor's Wife and A Good Man Goes To War).

I thought the Christmas special with the shark was wonderful.

I am enjoying this series far more than the last one. I thought Amy and Rory were given a good ending as they have had a full and proper journey - oddly one of growing normality, as they grow into a mundane life.
