I start HRT in less then 3 weeks an i was wondering if anyone had any tips to drop a few extra pounds i have went down from a 32 in ladies to a 26-28 over the last few months just would like to lose a little more before starting HRT

Smaller meal portions, replace soft drinks with water, start exercising (yoga, cardio, weight lifting), control your calorie intake. That's about it, really.

Calculate your BMR: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/bmr-and-daily-calorie-calculator.html
And take off 200-500 calories from what you get. That caloric amount is something you should aim for.

You can also try http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ I make use of that to keep track of how much I'm eating and what not. Also drink water more regularly in place of other drinks, I found that helps me a bit.
