looked in one of my Indian cookbooks this morning and decided to do one I have not cooked before, meat and cauliflower as I have one that's been lurking in fridge for nearly 2 weeks . Shopping for food tonight so got lamb but not found any cubed so got chops and steaks Recipe said put in 1.5 pints of water and simmer covered for 30 mins and then put in collie and cook for 15/20 mins or until all the water has gone . Well had to turn it up to a boil and it took an hour for the water to go , hungry !! started at 6 and it was 8.30 when I dished up BUT it was worth the wait. Good job I had a nan bread as bite one of the dried red chillies in the baggier , Have another bowl full for tomorrow for tea so a lot quicker this time!

I started with a giant homemade Greek salad with an avocado and a healthy dose of feta cheese.  Then I had beef liver fried in butter and olive oil with zucchini and onions.  Once that settles in a while I'll have some cheese and nuts for dessert.  I'm trying to expand the variety of my low carb primal eating plan.

Once again I had to fend for myself.
I browned some tritip beef in butter, garlic, salt and pepper the added some mushrooms followed by green and res bell pepper and onions. Finally squeezing a mandarin orange over the top. Served with buttered mashed potato and spinach.
I hate having to rough it like this...
