Well I am better and therapy today revealed much.

Stress triggers dysphoria in me.

Personally I am fine.

What to do.

Outlast it.

Wait it out, and come back stronger.

Keep your heads dear friends.  Don't get manipulated by your own dysphoria or anyone else's.  We are all accountable to ourselves in how we handle ours, and pain is part of trans.

Oh Satinjoy. I love you dear but strength is something that we find within ourselves. We can ask for inspiration from God to find that strength or ask god to show us our strength or be inspired by our brothers and sisters, but strength is something we have to find within ourselves. We were all created with it. Sometimes strength is not really caring what other's think about you but what you think about yourself. This is my case. I have to live my life the way I want and the way I am most comfortable with. Having ties are fine, but unacceptance isn't.
