Well I am better and therapy today revealed much.
Stress triggers dysphoria in me.
Personally I am fine.
What to do.
Outlast it.
Wait it out, and come back stronger.
Keep your heads dear friends. Don't get manipulated by your own dysphoria or anyone else's. We are all accountable to ourselves in how we handle ours, and pain is part of trans.
