Shell macaroni noodles in tomato juice and sprinkled with cheese. Nothing fancy but something I grew up eating on cold nights.

Tonight, I made Boeuf  Bourguignon for four, but because of the Super Bowl delay, my daughter and her boyfriend missed out.  My gosh, the recipe called for half a bottle of burgundy!

With homemade garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed green dinner salad. 

I had planned to also have haricots verts with sliced almonds and herb butter, but I got distracted by the game.  >:(
