I made fried rice and stir fried chicken with home made sweet n sour sauce...

I'm making pork steaks, boiled potatoes w/ onions, and cornbread stuffing.

Yesterday's Curry!

Tonight's dinner was penne pasta in a homemade tomato, herb & olive sauce, with mushrooms.

I had rigatoni with meat sauce.

Home made nachos and Super Bowl.

Shell macaroni noodles in tomato juice and sprinkled with cheese. Nothing fancy but something I grew up eating on cold nights.

Simon, my mom made it with Campbell's tomato soup, and called it orange spaghetti.

I made an Elk meat pasta sauce and put it over spaghetti.

Tonight, I made Boeuf  Bourguignon for four, but because of the Super Bowl delay, my daughter and her boyfriend missed out.  My gosh, the recipe called for half a bottle of burgundy!

With homemade garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed green dinner salad. 

I had planned to also have haricots verts with sliced almonds and herb butter, but I got distracted by the game. 

Consolation lemon ricotta pancakes from scratch and sausages for the girl I like because her team lost the Super Bowl (and I rooted against them) when she gets off work.
