I had a bunch of tofu that I fried in garlic & chili pepper oil, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and Famous Dave's seasoning.Covered all of it in barbeque sauce.
Sooo good!

Cat hair, as usual. Various nutrients and seasonings underneath, but basically it's all cat hair these days.

I have a pork shoulder that I'll be grinding up today so I'll use some of that for some kinda burgers.  No clue what we'll have with them.

I used equal parts of ground pork and ground beef in meatballs.

A roast dinner. Beef was the meat. The prior two nights I had Chicago Town Pizzas.

Honey Glazed Chicken, Stove Top, and Peas, all made by me at Chez Beth.

And the drink is a Rum and Coke...

Shared the food with my neighbors, good people! (They prefer beer, so the rum is mine. ;) )

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Yesh...yesh it was. It was so good, I had a second to keep it company, too. Stopped after two though, I know my limits... :-\
