LOL... People freaked out at my 20 lbs in 4 weeks... but it's easier when you're bigger.

Right now I'm just under 4 lb / wk (including that first 20). It can be done... it's even easier if you do the math on a restaurant bill.

Once you get a pattern and discipline going it is relatively easy to lose weight. Don't forget to have a once a week "cheat night" just don't make it to heavy.

I have cheat items every other day or so, as long as they're in my daily calorie limit (ice cream sandwich last night, mmm)... and one cheat meal a month (which will work well for the holidays) -- not one I go overboard on... but if there's birthday cake, I have birthday cake.

I get carrot cake on my birthday, my fave and the only type of cake I really like, though maybe I'm addicted to the frosting. One of the best and most moist carrot cakes I ever had was one with pineapple baked in the mix. Fat girls always say "To die for" when they're talking and emoting about foods, well this surely is!

Okay, okay - 10 weeks instead of 8!  3.8 instead of 4.8

I was ... uhh ... rounding to the nearest 5!  That's it!   ::)

We should trick or treat VM for a piece of her cake, we would be saving her from hurting her nice figure!

A healthy case of Carbohydrate Dysphoria would be useful ;) you know... where you just want to cut them right out of your diet!

With glucose currently at 58 mg/dL, I'm eating Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra.  The only upside to hypoglycemia!

Tonight, I had a baked potato smothered in chili, with diced onions, a little shredded cheddar, and some non-fat sour cream.

Them's good eatin'

Bento chicken from the deli.  They changed their recipe, it was great, now salty.  Yuckkkk, bad move for them.

Tell them!  I had Boeuf Bourguignon at a good local restaurant earlier in the year.  It had way too much salt in it and I told the waiter, who conveyed the message to the kitchen.

Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

That is too low.  Do you take insulin?
