King Malachite

I was playing GTA V: Online and someome had put a multi-million dollar bounty on someone and it got claimed and I was thinking to myself "man, I wish I was able to get all of that money-let ME hunt someone down for that amount.  I'd be willing to die several times to claim that bounty", then immediately after, some one gave me $341000000.   I was so happy that I got on the mic and thanked the person who gave me that much money and started singing the ICP Jingle Bells theme while raising my Sprite.  Afterwards, I made sure to save the game.  Thank you hacker!  Now I can afford a tank AND a high end car if I wanted.  On top of that, I already had over a million dollars.  This has made me so happy and has cheered me up.  I actually had to break out my Payday Hoxton British voice while saying "Money" (or Mon-ay as he pronouces it) out loud.

Malachite is  happy happy happy happy boy right now.  Now if someone could just give him that amount of money in real life.   :D  Nevertheless I shall now go enjoy the fruits of my labor now....hehe.

MON-AY!

Cindy, Kabit, Willow, Amy, Virginia, Devlyn, Malachite, etc. So many of you have helped me past some down spots. Usually by just being yourselves.

Well...it took me SO long to crack under the consumerist pressure, lol, but I bought an iPhone. I felt like I was from the Stone Age while talking to the dudes at Rogers, because I've never had a really fancy phone before. Even my Samsung phone had no data plan, unreliable service provider, pay as you go, and the apps were basically useless (it called out and texted, that was it).

I wanted something with GPS, with a good data plan, with apps I could use for a number of things. I'm happy with it so far.

I still consider myself a phone-less holdout. Work provides me with a Blackberry, but use it for nothing but e-mail and the odd actual call.

On a side note, I completely fail to understand the appeal of touchscreen interfaces: they offer zero haptic feedback and smear constantly.  :-\

I have a cell phone that my mom got me earlier this year. I did browse the net when I was on the bus but now that I have the MP3 player, that won't be happening anymore. Besides, music is a much cooler time-killer rather than looking at crap on a 2" screen any day of the week.

Knowing that a very close friend of mine is okay after a couple of months of worrying. :)

i don' need a smartphone either, but i like listening to music on my phone (with headphones of course), so that is a must actually, especially since i need something to calm me down in case everything gets too much (to prevent meltdowns). I would appreciate one though, but i don't NEED one. My old phone will do just fine and supports MP3 and WMA (WMA preferred of course).

Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

Two dresses I ordered last week showed up today  :)  I'd been wanting these dresses for quite awhile and they finally went on special, not only that, but I had in my possession some offer codes so I got an extra $25 off the already discounted prices plus free 2nd day shipping plus a bracelet  8)

Unfortunately, because I am quite the Amazon I'll have to make an extension clasp for the bracelet
