I had a...good moment in terms of my body image today. My hair was just the right length and style, and I was wearing the one shirt I have that emphasizes the broadness of my shoulders and de-emphasizes my pudgy midsection. My arms have gotten thicker since starting hormones, and the hair is dark but not overly populous. Had a nice new pair of dark jeans on and my packer created just this slight little bulge (not erection bulge, lol, all natural ). And my face looked all guy to me.

And I thought "yeah, I can see this being a face a woman would like to look up at." LOL. Gross, I know, but I felt kind of sexy.

It was yesterday, but I got home late so I'm posting about it now.

Last night I had a dinner meeting with a UCC minister whom I'd asked to write a letter of recommendation to the seminary I'm applying to (each applicant needs 3 such letters). As our conversation was winding down she said to me, "I don't know if I'd ever written a letter for someone as ready for this process as you are, and I've written a lot of letters."

This particular minister is very well respected out here, and to hear her tell me she thinks I'm more than ready is a real confidence booster. And without this transition, I doubt I'd have the ability to even hear that people have faith in me.

Wow, but transition can be a truly powerful thing.

Got my new photo id in it now says F instead of M. Super happy about that. Now I just need a new passport and all of my ID says female.

well today, after almost 25years, Ive heard from the DOH department of home affairs that my gender has  finally been changed  .Now to apply to have name changes ....and my legal docs are all complete  .Its been a long wait but so happy things are falling in place this has been a real big stone in my way for many year that stunted allot of natural progress Anyway that's what made me happy today .

The Doctor says my leg is healing up OK and I might not need to go to hospital

Male-failed twice today. I was about to leave wearing a plain light-grey t-shirt when I noticed my tits were reeeally noticeable through it. I asked my mom for a second opinion and she's like o_o 'Go put on a bra.' I just put on a black shirt instead, so they weren't as noticeable but yeah.. gotta buy an actual bra now. Then later I got ma'am'd again (which the guy awkwardly apologized for after he realized.. xD ).

Also, my legs seem to be slimming down a lil bit! And some of my body hair is coming out easily and either growing in waaay slower or not growing back at all.
