Roast Lamb cutlets, mashed squash & courgettes with mint sauce followed by low fat ice-cream and fresh cherries (its cherry season in Oz) and a touch of benedictine in the Ice Cream, plus a glass of Marlbourough (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc (well actually a couple of glasses!). For lunch I had a lettuce , onion & tomato caesar salad with fresh italian herbs and a little left over roast ham (from the Xmas dinner leg = kept in the fridge wrapped in muslin!).
