Are my nipples going to be flat forever?

That's very interesting. One of my biggest struggles after surgery has been waiting for my nipples to start looking "normal", so it's reassuring to see how much yours improved. I wonder how that works though, like from a medical standpoint? I've seen plenty of guys who had nipples that stuck out then flattened over time which makes sense, but never ones with the opposite (until now).

Me too! My surgeon, much to my surprise,said I was the first guy to ask about my nipples and not just a 3D "look" but a real 3D feel. So she was going to research it as there were a few options she had it mind. But I agree, I've never seen someone have nipples go out until FTMax. It's a hopeful sign.

That's interesting! My surgeon told me that they would start out flat and then eventually get a little bit of life to them. Did not know it wasn't the norm!
