I had one of my giant salads with lettuce, spinach, tomato, onion, sweet peppers, jalapeños, avocado, feta cheese, black olives, and 6 tbsp cilantro avocado yogurt dressing. For the main course I have fish in the oven now.
That still leaves me with 930 calories to try and find something to eat after supper.
