The thing with these kind of diets or anything in life really is not stress about it.
It getting what these quality foods becomes a big mission and a big stress, you defeat the purpose.
The stress in itself will cause unhealthy fat.

Exactly, if the whole process is to be stressful, there is no sense starting down the path. That goes for transition as well.
Doing this must alleviate more stress than it brings. Otherwise the benefits will be outweighed by the negative.

If I recall you are in your seventies. You want to talk old, talk to my Grandpa he is in his mid 90s. I think 94 last time I checked. Besides you look good for your age.

I think mine is just fat distributed to the hips and waste getting smaller.  I doubt my hips are growing.  I'm happy with curves, but I'd like a bit more fat in the butt.
