Not a lot of ours pertains to the transitioner either really.  A decent "to do" checklist but a lot of that gets triggered automatically when there is a legal name change. Most was for manager and definitions etc for the "colleagues that are transitioning with you".
Might not be an exact quote.

Whole thing came in handy as a way to approach my manager.  Left a copy of it on her desk last Thursday night  (I was off Fri-Sat-Sun) along with a note about needing to talk to her about it.

Yesterday my wife (soon to be ex) and I had a fantastic day.  She cut her morning activities short to drive 70 miles to look at apartments with me.  We had a good lunch then spent all evening cleaning and "dividing" the crap, I mean stuff, up that 32+ years will create.

Then this morning I put in an application for an apartment in Chicago.  And my credit rating came back 25 points higher than expected.

What a good way to start a Monday!

My weight continues to drop and I am only 1 pound away from having a 1 instead of a 2 as the first number.  I have now lost 30 pounds since the end of May and I'm only 20 pounds away from my target weight.  Yesterday I was able to fit into a pair of size 10 Calvin Klein skinny jeans.

Worked quite well.  This was last week actually, so talked to her on Tuesday.  She was prepared, had a managers version of the packet.  Policy has that manager and HR are supposed to then inform other employees, I did not have to be present for that though I could be.  She took it upon herself (okd by me) and told everyone else (15 of us total at our location) on Wednesday morning.  So far no one's asked questions but have been calling me TJ since.  Going to use my initials professionally to start with anyway.  Some of my family did so before I came out to them so it's familiar to me also.

Officially I exist. I just received 4 copies of my updated birth certificate and it was an original instead of an amended copy. Now the only items not in my new name are my grade school and high school records which I am not worried about. I may have set a record for the longest time to update my birth records at 35 years after surgery.

Had my first conversation in the ladies' room.  Talking to another woman waiting for the single stall.  Continued the conversation while she went into the stall and peed.  Feeling accepted.

 Girl talk with my doctor's nurse assistant when she had been all business before. It was the first time I went there as myself. I told her it was one of my favorite surprises I've discovered since going full time.
