This is very true, and it's not just Prof Monstrey that does the new clitoral nerve hookup method Dr Ralph & his team on the NHS now offer this and it works amazingly well.

Unless phallo improves significantly over the next few years I wouldn't consider it. For me there are too many things that could go wrong with it. I've seen pictures of one which had to be removed-end result: no penis and unsightly arm and thigh scars. Even if it was successful I'm still not keen on the aesthetics of a phallo, it looks a bit too much like a raw sausage.

Although it does have its cons as well as its pros - a friend of mine who had the arm/thigh combo a couple of years ago says he would have had the arm only one if he had to start again - largely (I think) due to the difficulty of trying to heal 2 large areas at the same time.

Also, not everyone can have the arm/thigh combo - you need to have very little fat on your thighs for it to be possible. I had a consultation there last year, and was told I wasn't a suitable candidate for it.
